Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tindeq. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to make sure your item meets your expectations.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Initiating a return is simple. Just email us at in**@ti****.com to start the process. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that a $30 USD deduction will be applied to cover return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll promptly assess the issue and work to make it right.

For exchanges, the quickest solution is to return the item you have and then place a separate order for the new item you desire.

Please be aware that any local taxes and service fees paid will need to be refunded by the appropriate local tax authorities. We recommend contacting them directly to initiate the refund process for any taxes incurred. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we’ll automatically refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
